Member Dues

Membership Dues include a volunteer fee which will be credited back either to concessions and guest fees or as a refund check once the volunteer commitment is met. The Board reserves the right to re-evaluate both membership dues as well as how the volunteer fee is handled on a yearly basis based both upon the level of member volunteering and the dues covering the operating and capital budget expenses.

Current members may pay dues in the online Member Portal. If you are paying by check, you still must log into the Member Portal to process your renewal and select the “I would like to send a check” option on the payment page. Doing this reserves your membership spot. Checks should then be mailed to Woodland Swim Club, PO Box 534 Sewickley, PA 15143. Checks must be received by us (not postmarked) by the announced deadline date, otherwise your spot will be offered to someone else. If you do a bill payment through your bank you should allow several additional days for processing of that check and time to get to us.

Even if you are paying by check, you must still go into your account and process your renewal first. Do not mail us a check until this is done. If you write your check for more than the required payment amount, the overage will automatically be applied to your account balance to be used for concession purchases.

2024 Membership Dues
Rates apply to only family members residing in the same household. ID may be requested to confirm all members on an account are from the same household. Children that have not yet reached their 2nd birthday at the time of registering/renewing for the season are free.
